Prof. Dr. Stefan Graeser
Mineralogist. Emerit Professor in the Basel University (Basel, Switzerland).
Since 1958 is member from the different Lengenbach societies. Expert on LGB
minerals Dr. Graeser have described ca. twenty new minerals. The species graeserite was
named in recognition of his extensive
research on the oxides and sulfosalts of arsenic in the Binntal area.

Walter Gabriel
A well-known mineral photographer and expert of the Lengenbach mineralogy. The
new mineral from LGB gabrielite, published in 2006, was named in his honour.

Claudio Albertini
Claudio is a well-known mineral collector of different localities: Ossola valley, Binntal, Mont Saint Hilaire and historical specimens. He also collects mineralogy books. He has published more than 50 articles about Ossola Valley mineralogy in international magazines and the book "L'Alpe Devero ed i suoi minerali" (1991). He discovered a new arsenite: fetiasite.
He is member of many mineralogical associations and president of Gruppo Mineralogico Ossolano (Villadossola, VB).

Ralph Cannon
From the Graphic Arts area, good photographer. Interested in the Binntal and
Dolomite mineralogy from more than 30 years. He has published different articles
on LGB minerals and he is from 2003 FGL technical director of LGB quarry. He
is working in the quarry during the skilful season.

Markus Ecker
Mineral collector since more than 30 years, he is interested in LGB minerals

Dr. Thomas Raber
Chemist and LGB mineral collector since more than 20 years. He has analyzed several
specimens from LGB and has published many articles about LGB minerals and Dolomite
deposits. He is the vicepresident of the VFL.

Dr. Philippe Roth
Philippe is geophysic and a great expert on Swiss mineralogy. He has published
teh book "Minerals First Discovered in Switzerland and Minerals Named after
Swiss Individuals" with the support of the Swiss Academy of Sciences, the
B. & T. Tissières Martigny Foundation and the Museum of Geology of
Lausanne (Switzerland).

David Hospital
Chemist and LGB mineral collector since many years ago. He has published one
of the few articles not in German language about LGB in the Revista de Minerales
mineral magazine (spanish and catalan). He also has colaborated in different
publications as the book Faszination Lengenbach. He
is member of the catalan mineralogical association in Barcelona and also co-editor
of the Mineral Up magazine.

Joan Rosell
Chemist, mineral photographer and LGB mineral collector.
He has colaborated in different publications on LGB minerals as the book Faszination
Lengenbach.
He has published some articles on European mineralogy in different
magazines. He collaborates with the Natural History Museum of Barcelona. Member of the Grup
Mineralògic Català in Barcelona, also director of the internal
magazine "infominer" and collaborates in the Mineral
Up magazine.

Lothar Meckel
Lothar is the owner of the KristalloGrafik
Verlag. He has published some really
interesting books on mineralogy with an exquisite quality. We would like to citate
some of them: "Minerals first discovered in Switzerland and minerals named
after Swiss individuals" by Philippe Roth (2007), the useful "Kristalle
und ihre Formen - Band 1 + 2" by Erich Offermann (2 vol. in German, 2004)
