Named in honor of Dr.J.E.Marr (1857-1933), English geologist, marrite, which is the arsenic equivalent of freieslebenite, is one of the rarest species from Lengenbach. The crystals are monoclinic and black-gray colored, often irisated. It’s usually associated to binnite, pyrite and xanthoconite.
